DIA South Terminal Redevelopment Program

The South Terminal Redevelopment Program at Denver International Airport (DIA) is made up of independent yet physically integrated projects, which included the construction of a 500-room Westin hotel and conference center, an RTD FasTracks commuter rail station, and improvements to the existing concourse baggage and train systems. In addition, the $500 million dollar program included an open-air plaza, complete with new concessions, which connects the development to the existing Jeppesen Main Terminal. Miro is the Engineer of Record for both the transit center and the hotel.
