Civil engineering services for a new high school located in Westminster, Colorado for Adams County School District 50. The $73 million project contains approximately 375,000 gsf and is designed for 3,000 students on an approximately 30-acre campus, including competition sports fields. These fields were graded and drained in accordance with Colorado State High School Activities Association standards. The overall site drainage was upgraded to provide water quality and detention in accordance with City of Westminster requirements. A Utility Study was prepared for several hundred feet of water and sanitary sewer systems in accordance with City standards, including calculation of utility demands and associated hydraulic analysis.
