Brown Hall at Colorado School of Mines

Miro provided civil engineering in support of the Brown Hall at Colorado School of Mines. The LEED™ Gold project was a 78,000 sf addition and 20,000 sf renovation for the school's Engineering Division. The project also includes research lab space, classrooms, offices and a significant site component transforming two city blocks of street into pedestrian promenade.  The design team and project won several awards including the 2012 Merit Award, American Institute of Architects Colorado Chapter and the 2012 People's Choice Award American Institute of Architects Denver Chapter.
