Miro provided civil engineering for the new St. Anthony’s campus on the Federal Center. The site encompasses 45 acres, and scope of work included design of trunk infrastructure, over-lot grading, and main roadway improvements, as well as coordination of infrastructure improvements with City public works and planning staff and land acquisition requirements though the GSA. Site engineering included the channelization and crossings of McIntyre Gulch as well as combinations of surface and structured detention and water quality control in order to maximize site utilization.
The build-out to date includes a 222-bed inpatient Hospital; two medical office buildings; structured parking for 400 cars; new roadways and surface parking; and coordination with RTD on their adjacent rail station platform and parking. Future development is slated for a 20-acre parcel adjacent to Alameda Avenue.
