S. A. Miro provided civil engineering for this landmark building. The project consists of site development for an office complex totaling approximately 275,000 gross square feet of office space, 20,000 gross square feet of retail space, and below grade parking located on a 1.86-acre parcel. Utility and roadway infrastructure will be provided by the surrounding projects and this project will design and construct its relevant utility services to the provided mains. The complexity of the project
was increased due to four levels of underground parking in a congested urban location.
