Denver Union Station North Wing Building

S. A. Miro provided civil engineering for the 112,000 square foot building, which includes five levels above grade and one level of below-grade parking. The project opens onto the Union Station Public Plaza and 18th Street Bridge to the future Commons buildings.
The site scope of work included intensive coordination with the contractor regarding infrastructure and utilities, as well as City and County of Denver Public Works and Development Services staff and utility providers of systems within the Wynkoop alignment, as well as those crossing the Plaza to the Historic Station. Coordination of landscape elements was also a key aspect of the Miro team’s work.

The North Wing Building, also known as the IMA Headquarters, holds the record for the highest per square foot sales price in Denver.
