Highlands Garden Village

Civil engineering for a mixed-use urban infill redevelopment at the old Elitch’s site in two phases. The project includes 4 multi-use office buildings, plus one anchor retail and six pad sites and 50 units of attached single family housing. The overall site consists of approximately 4.6 acres. The scope of civil services included utility location and analysis; the Denver PBG/Site Plan Submittal process, Construction Documents for the civil site improvements and 38th Avenue modifications, as well as consulting support in the performance of Construction Administration Services.

The City of Denver has included the project in its 2010 Guide to Aesthetically Enhanced Detention and Water Quality Ponds.
