Stapleton Master Plan

Stapleton E. 29th Ave Town Center

Miro provided civil engineering for a mixed-use sustainable development that is part of the revitalization and redevelopment of Denver's former Stapleton Airport site. The project was designed with approximately 200,000 square feet of mixed-use space which is divided between ten different buildings. Architectural programming includes a mixture of restaurant, retail, office, and residential space developed following the "New Urbanism" approach.

Civil engineering was performed for a mixed-use project within the Forest City Stapleton holding, including a 15-acre retail site; 10-acre residential - retail - mixed-use; and 18 acres of multi-family housing.
