Located in heart of Abu Dhabi’s newest residential city, King Palm Tower will be one of the finest mid-rise apartment towers to come online in Mohammed Bin Zayed City (MBZ). Currently in the design development phase with master planners and the Urban Planning Council (UPC), the building is situated in Phase One of MBZ and will be among the first completed towers in the new city.
The 21,000 square meter tower is 17 floors and includes three levels of underground parking. Miro is the prime consultant for the project and will be providing both architecture and engineering design services to the client. The Miro team will also be performing site supervision during the construction of this exciting new project.
The tower consists of 84 dwelling units, 95 underground parking spaces, and one leasable commercial space. MBZ City will ultimately become a major residential corridor supporting the growth of Abu Dhabi and Miro is pleased to introduce an international design to the rapidly changing skyline.
