CU Wolf Law Building

Miro provided structural engineering for this 166,000 square foot facility with four levels plus a full, garden-level basement. It is a highly articulated building that keeps with the campus palate of grouted sandstone veneer with limestone accents and an authentic clay tile roofing system.

The Wolf Law Building is home to a variety of uses. It contains a full legal library with both standard and high-density shelving, a full moot courtroom, a café and eatery, as well as fixed seating classrooms, and administrative offices. This variety of uses created differing demands on the building's structure and required a creative combination of structural systems to meet those demands and remain sensitive to the project construction budget and schedule.

This project has been awarded LEED™ Gold Certification.
