Park Hill Family Health Center

Miro provided structural engineering for an 12,000 square foot, single story health care clinic which is part of the Denver Health network of facilities providing medical services to Denver neighborhoods. It consists of exam and procedure rooms, pharmacy, lab, and offices.

The clinic structure is primarily masonry bearing walls and steel beams supporting a metal deck roof structure on steel bar joists. At the facilities main entrance, the curved roof is supported by exposed wood decking and glulam beams. Spread footings and a concrete slab on grade make up the foundation system.
