Stapleton E. 29th Ave Town Center

Structural engineering for a mixed-use sustainable development that is part of the revitalization and redevelopment of Denver's former Stapleton Airport site. Project scope includes the structural design of approximately 200,000 square feet of mixed-use space which is divided between ten different buildings. Architectural programming includes a mixture of restaurant, retail, office, and residential space developed following the "New Urbanism" approach. The buildings range in size from a 3,000 square foot single-story restaurants to a 49,000 square foot, four-story buildings that feature residential living over restaurant and retail space.  The project is part of the Stapleton community.
