Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station

Miro performed structural engineering services for the new 12-story hotel. The unique hotel will have an L-shaped footprint that wraps around an historic Denver landmark. Construction on a Hilton Garden Inn near Denver Union Station will begin in March of 2017, adding another 233 hotel rooms to the already busy area.

The $80 million project will be located at 20th Street and Chestnut Place. It will incorporate the historic Denver Hose House, just west of Coors Field, which is one of the city’s oldest and most unique landmarks. Constructed in 1883 for Denver’s Volunteer Fire Department the building will be restored and used as the hotel's restaurant. Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station will also include 6,300 square feet of ballroom and meeting space and 164 underground parking spaces.
